Grief Sucks! But healing doesn't have to!
Douskey Coaching wants to take grief and loss to the next level of healing and growth. Grief and loss affect people of all ages. I help you to make navigating the rollercoaster of emotions easier through proven science-based coaching, creativity, and creation. We all have a creative nature. Why not use it in your healing journey!?. When in a state of grief, I found my resilience in my creativity. Whether it is writing a poem to explain the feelings of grief or painting what happiness would look like. I created! I help each grieving person harness their inner artist and create a purposeful life they feel confident in moving forward. The benefits are having the support of a coach and a person who keeps you accountable in your healing process, with habits of eating correctly, treating yourself with kindness, setting achievable goals, and creating purposeful outcomes. Let's give the best gift to those who are grieving. The gift of help.

About Me
My name is Heather Douskey, Owner of Douskey Coaching LLC.
I've specialized as a Mastery Life Coach so i could help change the world. I focus on building resilience to grief and loss. Because, honestly, I've been there. But my story does not end there, and your story doesn't either!
Building resilience led me to get certified through the Health Coach Institute in 2022. I've added a creative twist to life coaching on the healing journey. Grief is a painful emotional rollercoaster. I've got the tools to help you rebuild yourself into the best version yet! I launched The Color of Resilience, an innovative creative healing book in 2024. The Forget the Flowers Project in 2026, hoping to engage our grief community and share healing tools easily to be gifted by those wondering how to help by sharing the gift of hope in a BOX!
